Well it is Christmas here in Thailand, just finished Christmas eve on the East Coast of the USA and moving to Christmas everywhere in the world. It is a week before the end of the year for all, it is a holiday for many who celebrate Christmas as well. In all of my years of work and in business I have used the week between Christmas and New Year as the time to catch up on all the things that I have not had the time to finish, and to plan for the next year.

This week will be much the same but we have a lot going on, new projects to get started even before year end, meetings to attend in between the Holiday parties. For all do what serves you and your families as the year 2010 draws to a close. If you have achieved all of your goals fantastic, if not sit back and look at what you want and what you will do and learn from whatever happened this year.

As Stephen Covey says in his 7 Habits, you must sharpen the saw! Make a commitment to yourself to develop in 2011. Take that training course (hope it is one of ours at Bangkok Workshop), buy that management development book, check out this link for many:
